Unprofessional

During my experience, I encountered what I felt was rude staff who (in my humble opinion) appeared to lack integrity and customer service skills. I attempted to contact the doctor regarding these concerns, but did not receive a call back. However, I did receive a letter from the foot clinic attempting to falsely attack my character. Unfortunately, the doctor doesn't seem to be fully aware of what actually occurred. Regrettably, I would not recommend the foot clinic under any circumstance.
