The Nicest Motel in the Best Location

I have stayed all over the world and the service doesn't get any better than this.The location is perfect.Everything (resturants,bars,nightlife,and all of the local landmarks) in walking distance.A very nice,cozy,motel.

The respect level,location,free bikes,continental breakfast,and events they throw makes it a must visit.I also found out that they are in the process of creating Santa Barbara's ONLY- funky boutique style inn.Clean,spacious rooms are the iceing on the cake.Palm Springs type of vibe in Santa B.!!!!!!
- Pros: Best Location(State Street-1st Motel out of the Downtown area) and Price In S.B.
- Cons: No Pool -but only 20 minute walk to beach,and 25 cent trolly ride!!!!!!!
