Horrific Haircut

I spent an hour in the Fantastic Sam's in Carpinteria and came away with the worst haircut I have every had. I brought in a picture and the hairstylist said that she liked it when she could style hair from a picture. This was my first mistake. The cut looked like a beginning cosmetology student did it. I also asked for a waxing on my upper lip and chin and she took 5 minutes and said it was all done. This was my second mistake - the waxing was incomplete. I came into the salon witha coupon and spend more on the cut/waxing than in previous times.My third and final mistake I have been to this location three times and will never go again. I guess it is true that the buyer beware.
