A Great Find. The Royal Scandinavian Inn was a great find. It's just beyond the hustle and bustle of town, but it's literally steps from the thick of it. It's got to be the nicest place to stay in Solvang; it's not at all kitchy or cheap-looking. The lobby is beautiful, there's morning coffee, and the rooms are really nice. Our room had a little patio that was right next to the pool. We had a view of the beautiful mountains.

If you don't want to spend the bucks on a B&B but still want something nice and romantic, give this place a try. I recall it being VERY reasonably priced.
