Cold reception and mediocre breakfast.
This bed and breakfast is not a good place for a romantic getaway. The inn keeper was extremely cold although polite. She made us feel very unwelcome. The breakfast consisted of a few bagels and cookies; I am a small woman and was still hungry after breakfast. The bathroom is very small and smelled like moldy water. Good things about the place include: the option to bring your dogs and the hot tub. If the Meadowlark charged half the price that it charges now, I would recommend it. At the price it charges, I think you can find a better place.
