the original owner is back. I am Mrs. Miller, Don Imel bought the business from us in 2007, but didnt make out very well, but Jeff and I are back!! Sorry to say that Mr. Al Miller has passed away, but Jeff has been with us ( Al and I) for thirty years. We have always done excellent work and will continue to do so, I am sorry for any poor work that was done under the name of Millers Hardwood when Don had the business. Disappointment. I went to Miller’s Hardwood flooring thinking I was working with a professional and that was my first mistake. Miller’s owner, a self-proclaimed flooring specialist, installed new hardwood floors in my home without making any recommendations to the condition of my subflooring and now I have the pleasure of rolling floors. After speaking to the owner, the only response I got was “I’m sorry”. There was no offer to look at the floors or correct the issue.
