Since 1951, this quick-serve restaurant has catered to on-the-go motorists, pioneering drive-thru dining and a broad selection of distinctive fast-food items. The menu emphasizes burgers like the best-selling Jumbo Jack--a thick patty topped with lettuce, tomato, ketchup and mayo-onion sauce--but value items like stuffed jalapenos, bacon-cheddar potato wedges, and "monster" tacos are popular, too. Breakfast and sourdough sandwiches, salads and real ice cream shakes round out the offerings.

I really like this place. This Jack-in-the-Box is easy to get to with lots of close parking. There is almost never a wait to place an order and the food is prepared after ordering. Although it is a burger-place, I find the food to be great. Jack-in-the-Box often has specials which makes the price-value even better. My favorite is the Ultimate Cheeseburger Value Meal. They always have free refills on beverages. I prefer this restaurant to other fast food locations.
