Abolutely Wonderful.
Dr Neel was by far the most thorough eye doctor i have seen!
He not only helped my needs the best way he could but also talked to me about all the scenarios I might have when it comes to my eyes and explained everything in great detail so new exactly what was going on, why he was doing tests, and why i had the symptoms I did.
The costumer service was outstanding within the rest of the team, helping me find the perfect pair of glasses for myself and my budget.
Every question I had was answered very respectfully and I absolutely love my new glasses!
I would highly recommend Urban Optics!

Best eye care experience and customer service. Amazing selection on glasses!. I went to Urban Optics for my yearly eye exam and to look for some new glasses. Dr. Jay and his assistant Robin were very friendly and so helpful throughout my experience. They took the time to answer all of my questions, and even helped me to pick out some awesome new glasses! I was looking for a fun change, and I get compliments on my new glasses all the time. I highly recommend this place if you're looking for patient and personal service, and a great selection on eyewear. The best part is, they also took my insurance!
