Overpriced, wilty flowers and lazy staff.
My boyfriend sent me 2 dozen roses for Valentines Day. But I was horrified to find out just how much he was overcharged for a rather poor quality product. Goleta Floral doubled their already exorbitant prices for Valentines Day. Worse, 5 days later, all the flowers are drooping (I have had roses last nearly two weeks). They were not delivered on Valentines Day because of a "mix-up" with the address. But Goleta Floral did not contact me until the next day to arrange for a second delivery attempt.
If zero stars was an option, I would have picked that.

This is what I was told after Goleta Floral wrote down the wrong credit card # AND the wrong contact info TWICE. I was going to spend nearly $100 on a dozen roses for my mother--who is going through a really tough time right now--for Valentine's Day. The flowers were never delivered and when I called to ask what happened they said the credit card didn't go through and they couldn't reach me. Bad enough, but if this was my business I would have free flowers out before the customer hung up the phone. Instead, the OWNER told me it's "not our fault". NICE.
