Very friendly, proffesional, and organized.. Once in a great while you will stumble on to a place where it is obvious that the employees are happy working there, and that happiness is reflected in incredibly friendly customer service. This is one of those places. I walked in off the street after having a bad experience with bait & switch tactics at the Public Storage next door. What a breath of fresh air it was to do business with this place instead. The girl that set up my account for me was very friendly, and in the five months that I rented there, that was my experience with every employee I dealt with. Furthermore, they offer a great move-in deal and free use of their moving truck. Finally, they are honest about the total cost of rental, including insurance, from the very beginning of any price discussions. This is one of the better establishments I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with and it will be my first choice if I ever need storage again. If there was anything I might complain about, it is the gate hours. Gates are only operational until 7PM, and locked all day on major holidays. They are in an industrial area, so I don't know why the gates need to lock so early, and I needed something out of storage that I couldn't get on the 4th of July because of the holiday.
