The guys charge a ridiculous $100. I would tell them to never, ever take their car to this place. The guys charge a ridiculous $100 JUST for an estimate and on top of that gave me a repair price that was DOUBLE what my old mechanic would have charged. They are overpriced and take advantage of you. I went to get an estimate for my car since it broke down. Not only did they charge $100 JUST to do an estimate(it should be free) they also gave me an estimate of $920 for a new fuel injector module. This is a whole $400+ more than what my mechanic back in LA gave as an estimate. These people just want to screw you over and take your money. They play off ignorance and the fact that they're one of the biggest names in the area. I suggest no one goes to this company so they don't get screwed over the way I did.…
They were helpful and professional. I was recommended to go to Fairview for a smog check by my mechanic. I had just had my transmission and clutch replaced an hour earlier and they immediately detected a problem with the adjustment of the clutch and called the transmission shop to tell them about it. I found that very helpful and appreciated that they were concerned about it and willing to take the extra step to call the mechanic. They were helpful and professional.…
