Consistent and reliable. I've been working with this branch location for our company's printing needs for almost two years now. I'm consistently happy with them, especially when needing quick turnaround. I understand everything can't be last minute, but on the few occasions when it's unavoidable, they go the extra mile to make sure my job is done right. There have been times when my order was not done right, but even then--they're happy to work with me to make sure I'm happy with our final product.

Example of service: Yesterday (5/1/12) I was told we needed to get 40 binders for an upcoming meeting in Chicago that would take place in two days (5/3/12). I needed to get the binders the next day. The manager at this location was able to get my order placed at their HQ in Camarillo and get it brought up to our location on the next morning, and all is well now.

They have a great team over there. Definitely come recommended.

Local Copy Center Does Good. Even though these folks had a couple of bad reviews from 3 an 4 years ago, they were close and convenient and I decided to give them a try. I had a simple but unusual project, I wanted to hand draft 10 business cards on a sheet and have 5 copies made so I would have 50 calling cards for neworking purposes. I was shown where to get the materials to do my by hand design, and then took my finished work to Richard, asked for 50 cards and he came back with 50 sheets of 10 each not 50 cards, obviously there was a mis-communication. I explained that I felt he didn't hear me and that I certainly was not going to pay for 450 more cards than I needed and he quickly agreed, and I actually took 100 and paid was on my merry way. Good customer service!!

Bad Service. I am unsatisfied with the service I received at this branch. I often make small batches of business cards. I usually just give an electronic document on a flash drive to someone behind the counter; they print it out and copy it onto card stock, then I cut the cards to size myself using the self-service paper cutter. It is quick and cheap -- a classic example of the services Kinko's was created to provide.

When I tried to make cards at this branch, however, I was told that I'd have to make the printout myself using the self-service computer. That seemed inefficient to me because there were several workers idle behind the counter, any one of whom could do the printout for me in an instant, but I didn't complain. I used the self-service computer to make a printout, and I gave it to someone behind the counter who made copies onto card stock and charged me. Only then did we discover that the self-service computer had inexplicably resized my document when printing it. The scaling was off by only a fraction of an inch, but it ruined the business cards. In essence, every penny I had spent -- on the self-service computer, on the printout, on the card stock, and on the copies -- was wasted. I complained, but the staff claimed that they bore no responsibility for the miscalibration of the printer, and they suggested I try again.

It seems to me that Kinko's has lost its focus. The workers there didn't seem to mind at all that they had charged me for services that were worthless to me; and they didn't express any interest in figuring out why the computer had misprinted.

Instead of trying again with Kinko's, I went home and ordered business cards from an online service. The online service was so good, I don't expect to ever go back to Kinko's for business cards.

Find plenty of copying, printing and shipping services for everything from business proposals to school projects.. In Short
The ubiquitous copy center has grown over the years into a diverse hub of business resources. Customers can copy and print documents, as well as create business cards, posters, brochures and photos from digital files. FedEx Kinkos also sells packing and shipping supplies and offers a wide array of FedEx shipping services. Many stores even have wireless Internet service and videoconferencing, and all locations have computer stations and CD reproduction services.
