Very Professional, and great value

I am very happy with my Carpeteria purchase. I wasn't looking for something cheap or something extremely expensive. Just something in the middle. Most importantly, I needed it quickly because I was having family from out of town and they were able to install it within only a couple days because I chose something they had in-stock. I really liked the plushness and quality of the carpeting and I felt they were very professional and gave me a fair estimate when they measured my home. I would definitely recommend them to friends.

terrible! Don't go here ever

Bad beyond belief!
Messed up my floor while the installer guy was trying to install my carpet and when I complained he denied it, and when i talked to the manager he sided with the installer.
also super irresponsible in getting back to you in time--missed my appointment originally
carpet itself is nasty quality--the threads have started falling out already, and it's only been 2 weeks

- Cons: damaged flooring during installation, bad service
