Terrible customer service. I left my glasses clip to be repaired and they didnt even keep in touch with my on its progress!!! I will never ever buy anything from this company again!! Very disatisfied about there service there service sucks

Also very disappointed. Had the same problem. Coating came off one pair of glasses after just over a year. Obviously defective. They refused to repair or replace saying manufacturers warranty ran out after one year.

Not their problem!

Eventually offered 35% discount off a new pair.

No way I'll get ripped off again by these guys.

They just lost a loyal, multi year customer to Costco when they could have made lifelong friend and advocate. Go figure!

Disappointed. The people here were extremely nice while I ordered 500 glasses loaded with all perks. But less then two years later, while on vacation, the coating came off part of my lenses. When I called to ask they be repaired I was told the warantee on my perks was not valid because of some detail they had forgotten to mention while I purchased my expensive glasses. The girl on the phone didn't even say "I'm sorry." I now have to throw the glasses away. Have never had this trouble with any other glasses--therefore I would question the quality of the lenses they are selling if I were a new customer. My glasses didn't even last 2 years and I wasn't rough on them. Ouch. 500 dollars. And no warning about warantees.
