Big Portions of Good Food and Cheap. Mesa Cafe was my weekend breakfast joint when I lived in SB. It is great for breakfast, they serve large portions and yummy breakfast potatoes for a nice price. I love the spinach, tomato, and feta scramble. They also have a great hangover cure... mean bloody mary's! They also serve lunch and dinner all of it is good. The seating outside is the best, inside the booths are uncomfortable. This is a local spot and they always have sports on, so it can be very lively. All and all it's great eats on the way to the beach or after a long night!
