Highly recommend. My girlfriend and I went to Santa Barbara for the weekend. As we were exploring the area and after considering several other restaurants, we decided to have lunch at the Breakwater Restaurant. The 1000 Island dressing was homemade and one of the best I've ever had. The fish and chips were fresh excellent. Prices were very reasonable for Santa Barbara. The service was exceptional. I highly recommend this restaurant for anyone who is in the area.
