Sansum Clinic Pulmonary/Crtcl

Service at a very busy clinic. For nearly a year I used Sansum as my primary physician-providing clinic, and saw six doctors in various specialties. I ended up leaving the clinic altogether because of a variety of problems, including a two-hour wait at its urgent care clinic, difficulties getting prescription refills, required records not being sent as requested, communication problems, and in one case, a very nasty, mean-spirited doctor. This is not to say that one can't get good service at Sansum, only that my experience was extremely bad, and now that I've changed over to doctors in private practice, I'm much happier with their more personalized services.…
