Love what you did to fix my jewelry, tks. This was really great. I want to thank you for the great job you did repairing my jewelry. You prob. don't remember because it was several months ago and I've been in Europe since, but just as I was getting my things together to make the trip, one of my satin bags that I keep jewelry fell out of my suitcase. I was so busy I didn't notice and when my husband backed the car out the garage he ran over it. Many of the earrings were smashed and the rings too, a stone was cracked and most were all misshappen. Well, you all put them back beautifully and I was so relieved to be able to take them with me on the trip as you did them all in ONE DAY ! I couldn't have been happier and more relieved. You have me as a customer for life. Thanks again

Awesome Place. I brought in my bracelet to be repaired. They did such a good job of fixing the bracelet, that I brought in my Mom's watch to be repaired. They were able to fix both pieces to look as good as new. I would highly recommend this store to anyone that needs jewelry or watches to be repaired. They also have an excellent selection of jewelry.

Good Help for all us Klutzes. That's what my wife is starting to call me : KLUTZ. In the past two months I've broken 4 things around the house. I already go to POSH for my watch and my wife's jewelry. So I took this glob of twisted silver that had once been my grandchilds sterling utensil set that I dropped into the garbage disposal (I really caught for this one). They brought it back to life, good as new. I was amazed. In fact I think my mouth was wide open for about a minute. So the next week I broke a piece of marble in a tray. I didn't think they did that kind of thing, but the man took it in, didn't bat an eye and it was fixed that afternoon and you couldn't even see a crack. My wife was so happy. Broke my eyeglasses too and they fixed those. Thank you POSH.

I will stay away from Posh. If I could give it less than one star I would. I had a very bad experience with a watch repair, using the term "repair" loosely since after months of waiting and $135, my watch wasn't fixed. He kept trying to give it back to me saying it was fixed, and when I showed him it wasn't he would say, " Oh okay leave it." He wouldn't call, so I did and he would say it was done, tell me it was fixed and then I would pick it up only to find nothing had been done. This went on for like four different visits before he finally said, " Oh well, I guess it can't be repaired." He had already charged me? Bizarre experience! I will never go there for anything based on that experience.

Awesome Place-Friendly & Knowledgeable too.. You've got to go see this store. It's not like any store I've ever been in, and I travel alot. They've got all different kinds of jewelry and watches a lot from Europe, very unique designs and materials. I love older vintage and antique things and they even have that. She has purses from very artsy type designers. And there's some home interiors too, mirrors and pillows, etc. A reallly fun place to spend time and there's no pressure to pick something move along. They really like people to just come in and spend time there. And it takes time to see everything. They are a Santa Barbara home-grown store too, not too many of them left. Enjoy it.

Ruined my engagement ring.. I am in NO way associated with any other company and I would like nothing more than to give POSh a good review, unfortunately I cannot. I brought in my platnium engagement ring to be resized from a 6 to a 5.5 and was assured that I would not be able to even tell it was resized. Not only was it obvious the ring was resized but POSH RUINED the engraving on the inside of the ring. The engraving was off to the side of the ring and no where nears the bottom where the resizing took place. Then then man had the nerve to blame me for not telling him there was an engraving and continued for a good minute with all his excuses for why he ruined my ring. My fiance and I are literally devistated. I saved for months to get her this ring and for him to blame me for his poor work is a perfect indicator of his complete lack of integrity to stand behind his work. Do not use this jeweler.

Great place for custom wedding rings. This is an amazing jewelry store, not like any you've ever been in before. They have everything. I had my wedding rings made there. My sister loves estate jewelry and for the wedding I bought her the sweetest, antique pendant, called a lavalier. There are so many pieces like I've never seen before. Blown glass neckllaces from Venice Italy and American Indian jewelry, and OMG I loved the diamond jewelry, delicate bracelets, not big gaudy things. Anyway go see it.

What a great place !. Wedding rings made to order, custom designed from my own drawings. Terrific people, willing to spend time with you and explain things. My aunt loves western jewelry and they even have that, lots of it. And the lady there explained about the hand-blown glass jewelry from Venice, Itay. In fact they have lots of designs from Europe. Wonderful place, check it out.
