The chicken fried rice was awesome, right amount of spice that doesn't leave you grossed out. And the price is well worth it, just the average amount if you're wondering. I'm glad I went to check it out. Highly recommmed this place, I'm not sure if it's the best but I've been to alot of Thai restaurants and this one is very good!
Great to take the family. First off, I would like to say as a local of Santa Barbara, that we have the most restaurants per capita and some of the finest restaurants and restaurant experiences in the country. I have been to San Francisco and they have some nice restaurants, but they can't hold a candle to Santa Barbara especially in the seafood department! With that being said in Santa Barbara's defense. This restaurant was the first Thai restaurant I took my toddler and baby to. They accomodate to babies and children and this restaurant is so good my kids now love Thai food! Their staff is knowledgable of their dishes and which ones would be more palatable for children as well as adults. The atmosphere is nice but I wouldn't say upscale. If you want to take the family out for a lovely dining experience expanding their pallette, this is the place to go! Good service, accomodating, good food and nice atmosphere!
I'm glad this restuarant is here!. Santa Barbara is NOT the best place in the world to dine out in, unlike San Francisco which is where I'm from. So this restaurant was definitely a spirit lifter, to know that there's actually a good Thai restaurant around here. It is not too too americanized, and the pricing is not off the scale. I love the bbq skewers and pad thai--those dishes you can never go wrong.
