Great experience. I read the bad reviews Indian only imagine what kind of old cranky person posted the review I mean who uses smart alec kids the same people that use whipper snapper.

I went to another store and the person literally pointed out womens shoes for me and I am clearly a man. When I entered outfooters I was immediately helped and the sales rep had metry on 5 pairs until I had the best fit. Two thumbs up!

I'll 2nd that-BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!. I agree with the last reviewer- I am not going back here again. Outfooters has good shoes, but they hire young, smart-aleck kids with attitude to staff the place. They think they know what they are talking about - NOT! Totally steered me to the WRONG shoes for my feet, then sulked because I wouldn't shell out $140 for them. I drove to Outfooters from out of town because they used to have excellent, knowledgable shoe fitters. But times have changed. I have purchased several pairs of shoes here over the years, but you lost my business.

Bad customer service. like their product, but the kids they hire need more training in customer service. they do not greet customers entering the store, especially if with a customer. today was the 2nd time in a week. i went earlier in the week, they didnt have my size. and the nice kid tried to show me many other styles. i asked if more sizes were on order, he had no idea "my manager does the ordering" no attempt to find out. so i went back today, and got ignored by both employees. both were with a client, but neither acknowledged me, said hello i'll be with you shortly, or anything. waited around about 4-5 minutes, they both saw me. the guy was carrying on a personal conversation, no longer shoes. the girl was chatting about different styles with her customer. had either said, be with you in a minute, i would have stuck around and spent $120 on the shoes i wanted. instead, i'm going online to buy them. i've been in many times over the years, and have bought many pairs of shoes here, but i'm done.
