Tips for Samantha's Phillipino American

This was our first time at this
establishment, and the atmosphere was a little cheezy, but food and service was great!
The owner was more than happy to explain what went into each dish, and how they were prepared, in the true Fillipino sense. My only concern was the fat content in the meats, but removing that the food was great. Hopefully we can return to try it again.
This was a different experience, and I highly recommend Samantha's Fillipino-American Diner!
