well known good doctors
by soran dom at Citysearch
we have gone to the same doctor since kids were born.....she is wonderful and kind. the receptionists seem to always be unfriendly....it's probably just a turn-over position, but no excuses for bad manners and attitude. what's the deal?
- Pros: children have grown up with doctor erbe
- Cons: receptionists are so rude
Customer Service

Dr. Roseman is a really good and i like the fact that she is bilingual since my daughter is too. The only thing that makes my hair stand, is the custumer service that I receive anything from making an appt to walking thru the door not to mention that you have to go thru Vietnam to get a copy of medical history from medical records...there is no communication thru out this facility. It really makes me wonder!! I would advise looking for a smaller Dr. Office:)
- Cons: Attitude
Great Pediatricians office

Great Pediatricians office. Always able to get in that day. Waiting room is always clean. Our doctor , Dr. Roseman, is great. Always spends as much time as needed, and never rushed. We like her so much we travel over and hour to see her.
- Pros: Easy to get in that day.
- Cons: Only open half day Fridays
Terrible customer service

If you can get past the grim service with the receptionists, (poor phone manners, bad communication) I don't expect appetizers, but please leave the unwelcome sign at home! (It's never a good time to ask them questions!) then I doubt that you will be in a good mood once you realize the doctor ) at least the one that I saw was in a hurry at the least and thought I was too concerned, and told me so, okay maybe, but my child did have an infection once I convinced her to double check. Overall I get the feeling that these are good Doctors (very busy) but aloof in some cases to the point of being too superior to listen very well. Take in mind, that this was just one doctor and since it happened more than a few times with her I recently switched doctors.
- Pros: Downtown Santa Barbara
- Cons: Chronic POOR service with office staff
