Santa Barbara's Best Auto Repair. I have been taking my vehicle to Ayers Automotive for several years now. I drive from Ventura so my car is very important to me. Recently the engine started missing and running rough. I took it in to Ayers for a diagnosis of the problem. After finding a trouble code and tracing down the problem, they told me a coil had failed. After replacing the coil and doing a few other maintenance items, I got the car back the same day. As always it was washed and clean. I was amazed at how good the car is running. Talk about great service!. I recently had my car serviced at Ayers and wanted to say how impressed I was with the level of customer service and professionalism. I was initially told that my car would be done by the end of the day. After the guys got into things they had to call back and say they weren't going to be able to finish everything until the next day. Initially I was a bit disappointed because I was planning to go to a friend's house that evening and not having a car was a bit of an inconvenience. I was surprised when they offered to pick me up and drive me anywhere I needed to go. I told them I appreciated the offer, but it would be later in the evening and I could work something out. They then said they would rent a car for me (on their dime) if I wanted! I understand that delays can happen when servicing cars and I was very appreciative that Ayers went above and beyond in helping make the process as convenient as possible. The next day I picked up my car and it was washed and ran perfectly. They called a couple days later to make sure everything was going okay. I also got a card in the mail apologizing for the inconvenience of the delay and offering a free oil change. Again, totally unexpected, but greatly appreciated. Well done guys.…
