Poor Customer Service. I am not happy about having to leave my credit card # in order to confirm the appointment. I had an experience recently at Le Reve where my credit card was over charged and it took several weeks of follow-up to get a credit issued back and they had to send me a check, rather than issuing a credit back on my card. Needless to say, it makes me very uncomfortable having my sensitive information permanetly in their computer. I enjoyed my services at the spa and had a very nice experience, but the customer service needs to be improved upon.

Best Organic Spa!. I have had facials and massage my whole life and this experience surpassed all. I'm very concerned with ingredients and they used all organic products in my treatments. Even the massage oil was organic. Ide gave me my facial and not only recommended skin care but a La Bella Donna loose mineral powder that has SPF 30 and so many friends have commented on how my skin looks so even but It doesn't feel like I have any make-up on at all. Love it!

Like any other. I was a bit dissapointed with my package at Le Reve. I had a massage and facial combo and the treatment just wasn't anything to write home about. It felt rushed and hurried to me. Plus the esthetician went from my feet to my face at the end of my facial. Talk about a way to end a facial.......

best facials. facial and massage all in one. Amazing head massage.neck,shoulders,hands and the most fabulous foot massage makes this the best facial ever.The organic Jurlique products and friendly staff will keep everyone coming back.
