overpriced and RUDE. we had a wedding and reception to attend, but the hotel wouldn't let us check in early (before the wedding) OR late (after the reception). they called in the middle of the reception dinner and said if we didn't go check in they would give our room to someone else. we told her that she never told us there was a deadline to check into our room, and if we're paying for it for the night we should be allowed to check in as late as we want. apparently there's no staff working at the hotel past 10PM.

we had to leave in the middle of the reception to drive here to check in. and she was so RUDE when we arrived! she never apologized once for the inconvenience of us having to leave in the middle of dinner to check in for HER convenience!

for over $250 a night for a room, they should hire someone for minimum wage to check people in, instead of threatening to leave people homeless for the night.
