The respect level,location,free bikes,continental breakfast,and events they throw makes it a must visit.I also found out that they are in the process of creating Santa Barbara's ONLY- funky boutique style inn.Clean,spacious rooms are the iceing on the cake.Palm Springs type of vibe in Santa B.!!!!!!
- Pros: Best Location(State Street-1st Motel out of the Downtown area) and Price In S.B.
- Cons: No Pool -but only 20 minute walk to beach,and 25 cent trolly ride!!!!!!!

This is the best place to stay in Santa Barbara. The staff was extremely nice and knowledgeable, the rates were unbeatable and the location is walking distance to everything you want to do in Santa Barbara! A++
