Poor service, indifferent management. We go there every time we are in Santa Barbara. It has a great view and is sheltered from the wind. However, the last several times the service has been way below par for any restaurant. The last time, our drinks were not served until after our food arrived, despite multiple requests. Our food order was incomplete; that took three requests to get fixed. Our bill was wrong, and after two attempts to get that fixed we went inside to find a manager. He told us he knew we (and others) had been having problems; however, he stayed inside hoping things would get straightened out. He finally got the bill right, but offered no discount or concession. Others around us had similar problems. The manager admitted that we had a new, inexperienced waiter, who had been assigned random tables all over the deck, and that the existing staff was having fun with our waiter by taking our drink order, changing our bill, etc. That's deliberate bad service and totally uncaring management.

Nice View. Took my gf and her parent from out of town here. This place has a great ocean veiw from the outdoor patio. The inside part has nice views too. They offer free peanuts from this big wooden barrel that you get yourself. Best part, you dump the shells on the floor. The food is average. Actually, just a tad pricey, but you are in SB. I read other reviews of other places that are not on the pier that probably had better food, but, we wanted the view. I would say come here for the view and drinks. Don't expect exceptional food.

should not be on list. total tourist trap! Food is okay, atmosphere is good, but not worth it.
