Tips for Chads
The Best!. My Fiance and I had the best time at Chad's on Friday. We had 8 o'clock reservations, but arrived early to have drinks at the bar. They had live music outside and the place was packed. We had a couple great house martinis, and our table was ready for us 15 minutes early. Our server, Mike was friendly and knowledgable. He recommended a sample platter and we agreed. We had salads, and a platter with Filet Mignon, Chicken and Halibut. The Filet was mouth watering and the mashed potatoes were amazing. The server suggested a wonderful bottle of Napa Cabernet Savignon, and we finished out the evening with a Chocolate Souflee for dessert. I felt like a queen! The food was fantastic, an 11, the service was impecable, and the victorian house it's located in is unique. Everyone there seemed to be having a great time, and I know that we did. Chad himself thanked us when we left, and we made another reservation for next week when we have friends in town.
Fantastic!. My husband and I and d a group of friends join us for dinner at Chad's. We are new to Santa Barbara, and had heard great things about Chad's. We were not dissapointed! It was fun! I had a wonderful martini that I loved, and the wine list was extensive, we had to agree on a bottle to choose. My husband and I shared the lobster and the filet mignon, which were both mouth watering and tender. The service was efficient, and pleasant, and we were even greeted from Chad himself. But I must say, my favorite part of the evening was the Chocolate Soulfee we ordered for dessert! It was to die for! I have also joined girlfriends in the bar for happy hour, we have always had a great time, the appetizers are tasty and the special martinis are unforgetable.
Be seen!. One of my favorite places in SB. Chad's is a great romantic location as well as a fun place to go with friends. I've dined there with a party of 2 and a party of 12, and I am always pleased with the results. With fresh local seafood and juicy steaks they can't be beat. It's a fun, hip atmosphere set in an historic victorian house. Martini's are huge and unique, and their happy hour can't be beat. Always voted #1 in town, you are bound to see old friends, and meet new ones. Live music several days a week, always a great experience.
