I called to go to a doctor's appointment and They made me wait so long I missed the appointment. Driver yelled at me when I complained that they were late. They still charged me, even though they totally messed up. Never again.

I have to say this was a unique experience... I arranged to be picked up and taken to the bus station the night before my trip, but was running late so I called the dispatcher 30 minutes before my pick-up time to ask if my driver could pick me ten minutes late... the dispatcher promptly asked me, word for word Who the F*** do you think you are? and then when, taken aback, I told him I was sorry for the inconvenience, he told me, again word for word, to shut the F*** up you F**ING A**HOLE... Needless to say, their customer relations department needs some work.

Whatever you do, pick a different cab. I have no reason to lie. I live in Santa Barbara. My car was towed one weekend so I had to go to the police station to handle some things. I call Blue Dolphin. The guy picks me up, drops me off but does not have change for a 10. He asks if he can just pocket the rest because he didn't have change. When I objected, he then said he'll go drive and get the change. I was in a hurry so I said he could just keep it. He then starts to argue with me. This was one of those dudes just itching to get an argument, you know the type. We have a few words and I go into the police station to handle my business. He comes in a little while later and asks for change. Instead of giving it to me right there, he tells me Wait here, I'll be right back He goes out to the cab and drives off. He comes to my house the next morning and produces my change. He tries to get all crazy saying Don't ever call me a tief. I've been doing this for 25 years, I have a family, don't you ever call me a tief. Thats how he pronounced THIEF. Fuckin idiot. Would you wanna ride with this idiot thief behind the wheel? Pick a different cab company and save money by not getting robbed. You'll also save yourself the inconvenience of having an ugly dude come knocking on your door the next morning to give you your tardy change. I would have paid him to not show up with his ugly grill and down syndrome attempts at pronouncing THIEF. Ruined my morning.
