Lola Bella Salon "It's about time". Where do I start? Family owned. Family employees. Beautiful and very stylish staff. I love the way the hair-stylist bounce ideas off each other to give the client that perfect look. The salon is cute and inviting. Everybody has a smile on their face. And what really caught my attention was that each stylist gave there undivided attention to each of their clients. The staff is all very hip and up with the current styles. In closing "If you want to look and feel absolutely beautiful.....then Lola Bella's is the place to make it happen"
Lola Bella's Lacks Quality Client Care and Latest Techniques. Lola Bella's seemed like an ideal place. Small, quaint, with writing on the glass windows..."Lola Bella's" - I was sure i would be happy in the small cute salon in one of the most peaceful beach villages I know. of. The salon was nice inside, a little disorganized, with apparently no real reception person, stylists interuppt their work with clients to answer phones, or speak with incoming clients whom they seem to address when they are ready and not a minute before. I walked in and sat down for a few mins. before I started to wonder, "they did see me walk in right?... How could they have missed me... ?" Okay, well, it's a small private-owned place, I like giving my business to the small business owner right? Well, yes, with a little patience that would be tolerable. That was until the haircut I left with was a chopped up 'do 'with pieces of varying lengths underneath longer treads of hair - I was shocked! I asked for texturizing and got a head of hair that reminded me of the days I used to cut my doll's head of hair and my mom would be upset that I ruined another doll head!! Omgosh! My hair was chopped like a head placed in a blender! The stylist burned me with the blow dryer and then blamed my "thick hair" saying that thick hair holds heat so much more than other hair! A product I ordered never came in, and they never bothered to call me. shall I go on? Leave this place for the older or younger, who need a 1/2 inch upkeep trim, or their weekly/bi-mponthly wash and set ! Sorry LB's - ! Wish ii could continue to support small business but chopped up tresses, burning my head, and lack of professionalism just doesn't 'cut it' .
