Good little Chinese restaurant. Once a month my wife and I come up to the Santa Barbara area. We found this little Chinese restaurant in a strip mall in Carpenteria, just south of Santa Barbara. Food is considerably above average for a Chineese restaurant in a strip mall. Nothing exceptional, but good and reasonably priced.
