Tips for Verizon Wireless

This store recently sold me a discontinued ipad for full price. Apple stopped selling them online and in store. Apple stores are also taking the discontinued models back if they were purchased within 30 days of the discontinue date and replacing them with the new model. This Verizon store made me think I was getting the new one and won't take it back after one day. I called 2 times and the salesman would not let me talk to the manager. I left my number and have gotten no response. Very disappointed.
