I went to Friendly Smiles Dental Group for a filling. Dr. Hamlet Karapetian worked on my tooth.He did a really good job. After I went home and the numbness had passed, I took a look in the mirror and everything was great. the staff were also very friendly. I would highly recommend them.

There’s no other way to say this: Thank you!!! Since my last appointment with Dr. Karapetian, my smile’s been from ear to ear. I love how it looks, and I love how I look, frankly. That’s not just showing off, it’s stating a fact that greets me in the bathroom mirror every day. Beyond that, I get great satisfaction from having a dentist that is so knowledgeable and caring. I recommend Dr. Karapetian and the entire office at Friendly Smiles Dental.

The first time I went to Friendly Smiles Dental I thought I had found a good dentist. When I got home, and the numbness and swelling had all subsided, I looked in the mirror and I saw what a great work had been done on my teeth. I didn’t find a good dentist, I found an incredible one. I’m not really given to egregiously touting my own horn, but my smile looks wonderful! I couldn’t be more satisfied with the results. If you guys are reading this, you’re all fantastic! Keep up the good work!

A professional and very competently run dental office. They do excellent work and maintain a friendly and warm atmosphere. They’re all very nice and I’m super impressed with their thoroughness. Also, they keep a very clean office -- both in the front and in the back -- which to me is absolutely essential. I am very happy with all I got here. I love the dentist and all the staff! They’re greaaat!

worst experience of my life. I had the most horrific experience of my life. Long story short, I got 2 teeth pulled that had swollen nerves without being numb, im not kidding or being dramatic. Because I had an infection in my root it was counteracting the numbing agent & the dentist was so rude, aggressive & unsympathetic. (Hamlet Karapetian) He refused to stop when I told him I was in so much pain, and clearly shaking and crying and didnt offer any other numbing solution. It was like being a vet clinic getting my teeth worked on. He never once apologized or asked if I was ok. Just said, well, your going to remember me for better or for worse and then left the room when he was finsihed. They didnt send over the correct antibiotic prescription to the pharmacy for me to pick up. I was in so much pain & so upset for the next few days and am still sore. I seriously cant even imagine going anywhere near that office again & im reporting them to some type of better business bureau for malpractice. For your own sake- find another office. Im sorry everyone else has to work under his reputation but this is the worst, most inhumane office ive ever been to.
