Great way to experience great wines. I imagine I'm like a lot of people when it comes to wine: I like many wines (okay, I like to drink), but love rarely. And I am reluctant to spend $20 or more on a wine I don't know, and worry about what wine to bring to friends, some of whom know (or act as if they know) more about wine than I do...Well, Gold Medal solves both problems beautifully. They really are expert at picking wines that taste great, that are hard to find otherwise (sometimes impossible!), which means your winesnob friends won't know them, but will have to admit they are terrific...All delivered to your door, wrapped in tissue paper with a ribbon and with info about the wine -- and sometimes even treats!
