Talk about great service!. I recently had my car serviced at Ayers and wanted to say how impressed I was with the level of customer service and professionalism. I was initially told that my car would be done by the end of the day. After the guys got into things they had to call back and say they weren't going to be able to finish everything until the next day. Initially I was a bit disappointed because I was planning to go to a friend's house that evening and not having a car was a bit of an inconvenience. I was surprised when they offered to pick me up and drive me anywhere I needed to go. I told them I appreciated the offer, but it would be later in the evening and I could work something out. They then said they would rent a car for me (on their dime) if I wanted! I understand that delays can happen when servicing cars and I was very appreciative that Ayers went above and beyond in helping make the process as convenient as possible. The next day I picked up my car and it was washed and ran perfectly. They called a couple days later to make sure everything was going okay. I also got a card in the mail apologizing for the inconvenience of the delay and offering a free oil change. Again, totally unexpected, but greatly appreciated. Well done guys.…

As a resident of santa barbara and a customer of Ayers Automotive I want to take a moment to acknowledge the dedication,professionalism,and total overall sincerity of this locally run business.Being a single father of two teenage daughters who recently found himself in a bind not only financially, but with a huge problem . My head gasket had blown on my car. I want to take a moment to especially let people know of the professionalism and courtesy of a gentleman by the name of Efrain. He was not only honest but more importantly i felt like a customer who mattered. The price coincided with the job, and the attitude of friendliness and courtesy blew me away.
