Clean shop. I would tell them this is one great shop that I trust to tell me the truth and listen to my financial concerns and advise me appropriately; what can wait and what can be done later and the time frame. I am treated with respect and they fit me in in a timely manner. They call before they are done to let me know the status of my repairs and explain what the repairs are and entail.

Don't trust fake reviews. These reviews are bogus. If you click on the reviewers' names, you'll see each person is listed as living in Seattle, WA, and Eric Krebs Auto Repair is the only place they've reviewed.

Isn't it a little odd that so many people are bringing their cars down to Goleta from Seattle for auto repair?

It's hard to find an honest mechanic these days. Plastering a website with fake reviews that you write yourself doesn't bode well for your honesty or integrity.

don't go here. Completely let down by these guys. I came in to talk about what was going on with my car and the mounting expenses, specifically why they had charged me for two smog tests and what was needed to pass smog. I asked some simple questions and some technical questions only to better understand where they were coming from and their logic regarding the bill (over $150 before diagnostics, yikes.....). The guy was polite and was able to answer most questions to my satisfaction. However, I think they were intimidated and surprised by some of my questions as most people seem to blindly accept the mechanic's word without getting into specifics. After realizing I wasn't a total sucker, they decided not to continue working on my car. This made me think something fishy was going on. Mind you, I was also polite and calm, I was simply trying to understand what I was paying for, as all good customers should. Would never recommend this place to a friend.

I trust them. I'm extremely happy with their work on my cars over the years; and that I trust them for giving me the best advice possible about any of the larger repairs that have been needed.

love coming here!. The mechanics here not only know what they are doing, but also help their customers understand what is the best action to take care of your car for the lowest price. I love coming here!

Yikes!. Nice guys, but nice doesn't help my pocketbook. Really, $150 for a diagnostic test!? Firestone charges $99 per diagnotic, and that's still outrageous. Especially considering they're probably going to get your business if you brought your car to them in the first place. This is a real deal killer and I can't in good conscious give them my business any longer. I wouldn't this time, except that it was my husband that brought the car to them and not me.

I was very impressed. This was my first visit but the service on my car seems to be good and I was very impressed with the customer service and organization of the office and shop.

I have been very satisfied. They go the extra mile to fix the problem. I have taken my Lexus RX330 to them the past 5 years and have been very satisfied with the quality of work, the turn around time and personal touch.
