Best Hotel in Solvang, hands down!!!!. I go up to Solvang 4-5 times a year with my boyfriend. I took him up there for his birthday this past weekend, and we stayed at Hadsten House, after much research on TripAdvisor. I like to stay in nicer hotels, and this place was great. The location is next to two of our favorite wineries, among many other good ones all within walking distance. The hotel gives you a list of about 25 wineries that you can go to to get either 2 for 1 or complimentary tastings. Free Breakfast. Comfortable beds. Oh! Did I mention the hotel also offers a happy hour from 3-5pm with 2 glasses of wine per person, with fruits, cheese and crackers? It's definitely worth the price when you take all these things into consideration. I'm taking my friends back next month!!!

Hadsten House. Wonderful atmosphere and great food. Staff was friendly and attentive. Will definitely be back frequently!

Within walking distance to other attractions within Solvang, but the Hadsten house has it all, Spa, hotel and a wonderful resturant. Can be it's only mini-vacation.

LOVED IT!. This was our first stop once on our honeymoon. This place is AMAZING! Everything felt so clean and new, the bed was heaven, the service excellent!!! Free breakfast in the morning and free wine in the evening. The room, well we didn't want to leave, but when we finally did we were able to experince the Hadsten Dinning. WE LOVED IT!!! The best and biggest burger I've ever had! Seriously.

Following a full yearlong revamp, this landmark property opened its doors in May 2007. While wine country has always been blessed with a bevy of bed and breakfasts and some higher end properties, flat screen LCD HD TVs with DVD players and surround sound entertainment never before figured into the mix. Handsomely decorated rooms combine the the advanced technology with more traditional amenities like plush robes, custom bedding and fireplaces. By mid-September, there will also a heated indoor pool and onsite day spa.
