Worst service of any Flooring store in Sta.Barbara. I walk in, the only customer in the store. Woman behind desk hardly looks up, No hello, No can I help you.

I walk around checking on vinyl samples. No one comes to help. Finally I walk again to the woman behind the desk. Standing directly in front of her I get a blank stare, not a word, no can I help you, nothing. I ask if they carry the Armstrong Vinyl brand. Finally she speaks: NO, we don't carry Armstrong.

By now I've had it and said: "Looks like you don't need my business. I prefer to go to a Flooring company with friendlier service, good buy"

What a pleasant surprise. I never knew that a project of our magnitude could go so smoothly. Thanks to the staff at Renga's every detail was carefully coordinated and our wood refinishing, tile and carpet were completed within the time we requested. Amazing communication. They were calling me with updates like they were reading my mind! Highly recommend.
