GREAT, AFFORDABLE, 5 STAR SALON. My experience at Walter Claudio was a GREAT one.

Travis, the stylist who cut my hair was absolutely wonderful! He took his time, gave me a shampoo & scalp massage & made certain to ask me what exactly I had in mind for my cut & if there was anything he should steer clear of doing. After the cut & style my hair looked AMAZING & was SILKY SOFT. I swear Travis has some magic hands because my hair has never been so soft. He took even more time afterward to explain proper wash, blow dry & style techniques to me so that I might achieve the same gorgeous softness at home.

I paid far less than I was expecting to for my haircut. The prices at the Walter Claudio Salon are quite reasonable. I have paid more at salons where the stylists weren't half as good or friendly.

I will definitely be a regular at the Walter Claudio Salon & I highly recommend it to everyone!

Wonderful. Fabulous salon.

Warm and friendly environment. I feel very cared for and very relaxed.

The prices are reasonable and I always walk out feeling very pleased, and even more so weeks later, which is important.

Travis Jay is my guy. I am all the confidence in the world in his talent and as well as ability to be thoughtful on what is best for me and my hair type.

It is pure joy going to Walter Claudio

oh no!. I just moved to Santa barbara about a year ago and had not found a salon. I'm hooked on Aveda products and found Walter Claudio while walking down town state street after spotting the large Aveda logo on the store front. I decided to give them a try. The prices are high so I had high expectations. I was let down first by the fact that my appointment had not been saved so I was treated as if I had never had one to begin with. When I was finally up I was rushed through and treated as if I was a bother. The wash was quick and messy. They almost forgot about me while my hair was processing and my scalp felt itchy and burned. the color came out a bit orange , I was not happy with my experience and will not go into that salon again and I dont recommend it.
