Terrible Customer Service

I would not recommend this nail salon. I went here recently to get a mani/pedi and the customer service was so terrible I will never go back. When I first walked in I was told to wait a few minutes as one of the women who worked there cleaned her space. During this time, another girl walked in and they immediately seated her and started working on her nails. When I told the woman I was waiting for her to clear her space and seat me she just told me to wait 2 minutes for the woman in the back who would help me. I waited about 15 minutes, and when I asked the 2 people who worked there when she would be available to help me they called her from back and she began prepping her space for me. Another woman walked in and told her she had an appointment. So, Lucy (the woman who was prepping her space for me) seated the woman and began to work on her nails. When I told her that I was dissatisfied with the customer service she shrugged and walked away. I never did get that mani/pedi...

The Worst!!

This was the worst!! When they opened and no one was waiting, they made me wait 15 min while they finished eating. Then they put tips on and said the person that needs to finish it will be coming in a minute. Over 1 hour later that person still isn't there. 1 hour and 20 minutes after I arrived there is still no one there to help me. I have to leave to go back to work. Not only did I waste my gas to get there, my 1 hour 30 minutes to get nothing done, I had to pay $1.50 to get out of the parking lot. Ugh!! That was the worst experience I've ever had getting my nails done (or should I say not done?) I give it ZERO stars but it wouldn't let me not give them at least one star!!
