This past summer my grandmother passed away. For the past 5-6 years she had moved from Iowa to Arizona and was living in an assisted living facility. My mother became her primary friend and caretaker. And as a special gift to my mother at my grandmother's memorial service the family wanted to give her a special gift. We decided a perfect gift was a charm bracelet representing everyone! So in less than ten days, Calla was able to take my list of charms of everything from a "stork" to a "wrench" charm (18 in all!) and was able to put the bracelet together. It has a great deal of meaning to my mom. And it would have never happened if Calla hadn't done her usual yeoman's job taking care of her clients. Thank you Calla - you took a very special event and helped make it even better.
