Negligence & incompetance at points of health

Erik's acupuncture treatments made me feel sick and when I confronted him about it, he completely blew me off and ignored me. As a result of his "treatments", I no have a chronic pain. Attempts to contact him about it were literally not responded to. IMO, he acts like he cares but if you ever challenge him, he will turn his back on you. Also, he seemed a lot more into the Western medical model than the Easten model, which makes me wonder why he is working in an Eastern medical modality. Having had a lot of experience in holistic medicine, my experience here tells me this guy has no business doing what he is doing and not much experience. He doesn't even have the decency to try and correct his wrongs. I am tired of practitioners who are bound by their egos. This is unacceptable behavior from someone who is supposed to not hurt people for a living.

Quality, Compassionate Care

The knowledge and care Erik Smith has bestowed on me has changed, if not saved my life. I was unexpectedly diagnosed with an acute phase of a chronic illness. Through Erik's gentle and patient guidance my health has improved dramatically in a short period of time. I saw immediate results in the alleviation of symptoms through Erik's recommended changes to my diet and the

introduction of quality food supplements, Chinese herbal formulae, and acupuncture.

Under Erik?s guidance and direction I have learned, and practice, the fundamentals of Qi Gong. Through Erik's non-judgmental, unfailing, and experienced guidance I can proudly say I am now on a path towards spiritual and physical wellness.

I count Erik as one of the top ten most important people I have met in my lifetime. He is respectful of me as a whole being, both in recognizing my strengths and also in giving me strength for my weaknesses. He was able to assess my challenges quickly, and with his expertise bring hope back to my life. His love and passion for helping others truly shines through in everything he does, and it is a gift he shares with others.

Incredible Health Care!

The care and treatment I have received at Points of Health is unmatched. Upper back and neck tension had been causing me headaches and pain for so long, I had almost accepted that discomfort would always be present. From the first session I had with Erik, I was impressed with his thoughtful and thorough care. In addition to the improvement I have felt from the acupuncture treatments, he has guided me towards better health through Qi Gong and herbal supplements. I cannot say enough about how positive this experience has been. I have and will continue to recommend Points of Health to my friends and family.
