A delightful place to spend your afternoon. We were vising in Lompoc February 2011, shopped at the local stores and had several barbecue cook outs in River Park. River Park was clean and inviting. Chris the Park Host really made our whole family feel welcome. We even stayed in Lopoc through the weekend to have a family barbecue at River Park with relatives on their Saturday off. My family and I highly recommend River Park as a great place to relax with friends to any one visiting Lompoc. It is a real treasure. Everyone we saw at the park was having a good time. I want to thank the people of Lompoc for sharing their Park with us. We will be back soon.

Wouldnt reccomend. I was not impressed with this park at all. It has a cute little lake and lots of potential, but i doubt i will go back. There was garbage on the ground everywhere I looked. It looked as if someone had a raging party and didnt clean up the mess. There were at least 30 plastic cups strewn about, and paper plates and napkins and candy wrappers. It definetly was not where you would want a child to play. The playground was not very entertaining either. My daughter was bored very quickly with the lack of equipment. Needless to say we didnt stay long.
