Integrity is the Right Name! – I just had Integrity come out to look at my non-functioning dishwasher. James quickly determined the touch panel was faulty and offered to order the part for me. Not only did he get and install the part within two days, he managed to get Whirlpool to cover the cost of the part even though my dishwasher was technically out of warranty. Responsive, professional and very reasonably priced - if you have appliance issues, Integrity lives up to their name.
Integrity Appliance Saves the Day – Integrity Appliance saves the day. My freezer was full of halibut that my husband caught in Alaska when the refrigerator stopped working. I called Integrity Appliance and James M. came out the same day. James was patient, professional and knowledgeable when he explained the complicated issue. James was able to fix my refrigerator that same day. This saved the fish and everything else in the refrigerator. I would highly recommend Integrity Appliance and I will use them again the the future.
Beware of this company – Our problem started October 20, 2010 with James of Integrity Appliance Repair. We have a service contract on our freezer. They set up an appointment with James to come out and look at a leaky door gasket. I mentioned that I thought the door gasket leaked when James arrived and James said a freezer door gasket never leaks. His attitude changed immediately. Said he would call Amana to see what the problem was and call us back. He never did call back. It is now January 22, 2011. I placed 8 calls during the entervening months to our service contractor. They in turn called James to find out what was going on.
James would tell them he couldn't remember what happened to the order but that he would call to check on it, then he said he would call us back. Always the same story as before, only now, we have an unusable freezer and a load of meat that spoiled due to the leaking door gasket and James' inability to follow through on a service contract call that originated on October 20, 2010.
It is now January 28, 2011 and I have filed a complaint with the California Dept. of Consumer Affairs. I also called our service contractor back and told them that we would not allow James to repair the freezer. They then assigned a different company to make the repair. Calif. Dept. of Consumer Affairs has been in touch with us regarding our complaint.
I would NOT recommend James, or Integrity Appliance.
Excellent service – Our 11-year old Amana refrigerator was unable to keep food frozen. James Musik of Integrity Appliance Repair quickly diagnosed and repaired the problem with dispatch. If you need an appliance repair person who is honest, capable and efficient, look no further than James of Integrity Appliance Repair.
Excellent Repair and Service – I called the National Admiral 800 #, they set up the appointment. James Musick, the repairman arrived withing the designated time window. Further, he called approximately 1 hour before he arrived and gave a precise arrival time.
The problem was quickly diagnosed and James had the gas coil kit repair parts with him to fix the problem with the gas dryer.
The price was including the service and parts was a little over $100. A very cost effective repair.
James was pleasant and easy to understand and with whom to work.
If only this was the standard and performance of all, life would be much more pleasant
Great Honest Service – Contrary to the first two reviews I found James fantastic at returning my calls and showing up on time. He was honest regarding what he could and could not do under our Frigidaire extended warranty. When Frigidaire agreed to send me the replacement part that James had already ordered he was willing to work with us on replacing the part with the one he ordered and coming back later to pick up the one that Frigidaire sent.
Thanks James for taking care of us well!
Mission accomplished – Next day appointment (between 8 & 12) set up by Home Depot for LG washer under extended warranty. Previous reviews made me anxious, and by 10:30 there was no serviceman or call. But then James called to say he'd be a few minutes late. He arrived before 12:30 and got right to work. He quickly and neatly disassembled the washer, found the problem, fixed it and put everything back together in less than an hour. Everything seems to be working fine now, less than 24 hours after the initial problem surfaced. No charge under the warranty.
Horrible experience, never use – Never deal with this company. They never returned phone call. Promised to order parts for repair, but never did AFTER SIX WEEKS. Cannot get the matter resolved
Does not return calls – The technician forgot our appointment, and then only did a quick evaluation of our appliance after I had called him. He told us that he would call us back the following day after he ordered a replacement part. He never called us back even after daily calls and many messages. After a week from our initial appointment, I had to call another company because Integrity Appliance Repair would not return my calls. I wish the company would live up to its name, but it seems to have no integrity at all.
