James came out today to do a warranty repair on my Whirlpool washer and I found that he was very professional and courteous. His efficiency is amazing, he had the repair completed in only a few minutes and tested it before he left. I will definitely call him for other repairs and recommend him to others.

Great, prompt service. My dryer was not heating, BIG PROBLEM for me. I made the appointment online thru Kitchenaid service. James showed up ontime, clean, friendly and my dryer was working within 30 minutes. He had the part with him so only one visit needed. I will keep his number and use him again when necessary.

Great washer service james!. James was on time for our thursday appt. he quickly determined what was wrong with our ge profile harmony washer. He ordered the part the same day, and said he would be back to install it either the next day (friday), or saturday. He ended up having time to fix it friday afterall. He was very reaonable, and knew exactly what the issue was. Very nice work. Very clean, and careful. We will be using james for all of our appliance repair! Michelle

Integrity. We have called James many times over the years for everything from refrigerators to washers to ovens and every time he has been a pleasure to work with, affordable and has fixed it right the first time. I recommend him to everyone I know.

No Integrity. Came out when he said he would. Had wrong part for repair. Seemed aggravated. Said he would have to get a new part and would call me in an hour. Never called. Tryed to call him for several days but never returned my call.

Great Service. James came the same day I called within the time parameters he gave. He spotted the problem with my washer in 2 seconds and had it repaired within 5 minutes. He gave me the option of bypassing the defective lid switch

to save the cost of the part, which I appreciated. He was super neat, careful, and efficient. The cost was well within the estimate parameter. I would definitely call James again.

Integrity, Fair Prices, Respectful Service. For about seven years whenever one of my appliances had problems, I called Integrity and depended upon James service. Last night a message was left and by noon the next day James was here, fixed the washer, and my fear of needing a new washer evaporated. In the seven years, once a call back may not have been prompt, but overall the hometown, personal service provided has brought me peace of mind. Usually I have tradespeople-phobia - rest assured you won't be working with a beaucratic, impersonal big company - rest assured you have someone honest, patient and respectful with a continuity of service in the local area who will likely still be here in the future. Recommended.

Extremely Professional. James Musick has helped me several times with both warranty work and on a fee basis. He always arrives on time and with a smile and polite greeting. His professionalism and can-do attitude puts me at ease immediately. He is careful about putting on booties before he walks on my very light carpeting.

I had a particularly frustrating problem with my very fancy dishwasher computer panel last month. (I would buy a less complicated model next time!) and he did not give up. I highly recommend him for honest and fairly priced repairs. You won't be sorry!
