Worst service I have EVER experienced.
I used to eat at Rudy's at least twice a week. It is close to my home and office, but after my experience last week, I will no longer be eating there. I ordered the chicken soft taco plate (the same thing I get EVERY time I go there). They made hard tacos. When I told them that they were supposed to be soft, the cook asked if I wouldn't just eat the hard tacos. I said no and sat down. The food sat on the counter for a while. He made food for the other 2 people in the restaurant.
After a few minutes, I went back up and asked the cashier what was going on. She told me that the cook "didn't want to remake the food." He told me, "It's not my fault. That's what it said on the order." I said it wasn't my fault either and he said, "Well whose fault is it?" I said that it didn't matter, that we wanted soft tacos.
He continued to slam stuff around the kitchen and the cashier told me he wouldn't remake the food, that he was having a bad day. I asked for our money back and we left after getting the owner's number.
I called and left a message, but he has not yet returned my call.
