Our Apologies. To The Dub,

Our apologies to you and your girlfriend. We would like to buy you and your girlfriend your drinks if you would come back and give Legends another chance . We apologize if anyone was rude in any way and we hope you will give Legends Lounge another chance. If I we are not at the bar on a night you would like to visit please just call in advance and ask for one of us and we will let the bartenders know you will be taken care of. Your right we have been blessed with a good staff and most are trained in house and move on to work in bigger clubs, but again our apologies and please accept our peace offering.

could be a cool spot but.......... i have lived close by for years and have gave this place many chances but the owner puts off this bad vibe which no matter how many people you bring with you he looks at them like he doesnt trust anyone, i brought my girlfriend in there one night and she is very good looking and friendly and he was just rude telling her that they couldnt make her a cranberry and grey goose because he is out of cranberry and grey goose which is fine but was an a**hole about it but if you dont beleive me he puts off a bad vibe then go in there and i bet right away you will know who the owner is (the one who doesnt smile or have anything nice to say). Its too bad because its always nice to have a cool little dive bar off of the main state st. Every other bartender he hires turns out to be cool but never seem to last too long hmmmm?I will never step foot in there as long as the owner Raul controls it, to his wife's credit, at least she makes a good attempt at making you feel welcome.

Amazingly intimate and fun. Stopped by Legends the other night with a few friends, it was a lot more than I expected, very relaxing, low key element. GOOD VIBE. and GREAT DRINKS

The Bartenders were friendly and the owner was nice.! i dont know why he would be "mean" he was talking to people and greeting them as they came in, everyone seemed happy.

I know ill be back, comfy seats!!! great place to grab a table and have conversation with anyone!

User review by availjames. After hearing so many negative comments about the place I finally stopped to see if they could all be true. The owners are rude and act as if it's a crime to speak to the customers. This little spot tries too hard to be a L.A. club. A vintage Pac Man machine may be cool, but friendly service is more important to me.

2nd time. . . Well I read these other reviews and thought that maybe the majority of the people complaining about the Rude owner, lack of staple beers like corona, were just exaggerating. unfortunately i encountered the same. It's a shame to see so many of the locals and neighborhood people shooed away from their longtime spot. I warn people not to wear hats or speak in spanish. . . as this seems to make the owner (the husband) a bit nervous.

best bar in town!. Legends is by far the best spot in town. It's super loungy and comfortable, the bartenders are fun and friendly (and pour great drinks!), and the crowd is always great. It's a great place to grab a cocktail during happy hour after work, or to listen to some live jazz or DJs at night. I wandered in with some friends a few nights ago and will definitely be frequenting this spot.

User review by sally512. After being skeptical in entering this little bar I was quite pleased that my friends talked me into going on a recent Friday night. This bar was jammed packed with people listening to the great dj's. The drinks were good and the bartenders were quite friendly. This bar is something that you wouldn't imagine looking like from the outside, but once inside you are transfixed with velvet couches and a candelit ambiance.

Best little Bar in Downtown. Comfortable spot just slightly off the main strip in town. Parking lot in back, plush interior and gated smoking area so you can drink at the same time. Good for locals and meeting all kinds of friendly people. Opens early too! Strong drinks, good bartenders and with three TVs always something good on. Not to mention the Pac Man and the DJ's by night. One of the two most amusing lounges in the area!

WOW!. This Bar or Living Room whichever you prefer to call it is great. From the vintage Pac Man table top game to the Crushed Velvet Couches This Place will capture whatever mood your in. The bartenders were great and the music selection was right on. If youre looking for a place away from downtown this is it.
