A True Talent. This is a Santa Barbara must try, pleasant surroundings, good conversation, excellent customer service.

I have been to salons in many parts of the country, this is a 6 star plus salon.

Svetlana is gifted at her craft, you won't regret the experience.

Great Haircut, Great Service!. After moving to Santa Barbara a few years ago, I bounced from salon to salon looking for a decent haircut. Based upon numerous recommendations, I gave Chandler a shot. Journey over! They offer you a cold beverage, ask a lot of questions about what you like and don't like, provide a scalp massage and hot towel service. There's good conversation if you want it or you can stare at ESPN on the flat screen if you don't. None of that matters if the haircut isn't any good. The cut and styling has been fantastic everytime. Cheers to Chandler!

I love Chandler Salon. I love Chandler Salon! It's always a relaxing experience in a great environment. They serve beer ,wine,soda or sparkling water. The stylists are friendly and professional. My stylist Sydney, always asks for lots of information about what kind of cut I want prior to cutting. I have always had great cuts. I don't know what the client that gave an unfavorable review was doing but it certainly doesn't reflect my experience with Chandler. I would highly reccommend it to anyone.

Literally, the worst haircut I have ever gotten.. I could be more wordy in my description, but the heading pretty much says it all. Unqualified. The decor is nice and the staff is friendly, but they clearly have no real talent when it comes to what really counts, cutting hair. Avoid at all costs. Overpriced to boot.

Best Haircut. More than just a terrific haircut, Svetlana goes out of her way to make this a great experience. Great scalp and neck massage, fun conversation, hot towel facial massage, cold beer, great flat screen TVs which you probably won't watch because it's so hard to take your eyes off her gorgeous face. Very classy woman with a very classy salon.

Best haircut in Santa Barbara!!!!!. I received the best haircut from Svetlana at Chandler Salon. Had a shampoo, condition, haircut, scalp massage with a hot towel on my face. It wasn't just your average haircut. Rather, an escape from the day to day hustle. Also, enjoyed a Thai beer during the haircut. Truely, an awesome experience. Best Men's Haircut in Santa Barbara. I always take a while to find a hair stylist I like and it took a few tries before finding the stylists at Chandler. I went to a "barber" to see if a $15 haircut was just as good as a more expensive one and it was an absolute nightmare! So, eventually I tried Chandler and while they're not as inexpensive as a "barber", they are less than other Salons that cater to women clientele. Good value for the experience.

My haircuts have been consistent among different stylists at Chandler and one in particular is very nice to talk to since she has travelled around the world all her life. They offer free water, refreshments, etc. while you're there and complete every haircut with a relaxing rinse followed by a soothing heated towel on your face and brief scalp/face massage with some sort of aromatherapy lotion. Very nice touch and I always feel refreshed when I get out of there. I will continue to go there as long as they are around. Current location is a little off the beaten path, but inside is still as nice as ever with the flat screen TV's and open beam ceilings.
