Don't take your parent here. My mother has lived here for 1.5 years. We are now looking for some place new. There have been thefts of jewelery, clothes (only the expensive brands), personal supplies, even her kindle charger, stolen from her apt. Christmas presents disappeared this week. She can't walk so these items are not lost. She has had bladder infections because she can't get help soon enough (she is incontinent). She waited for a hour for help at times. She fell out of bed one day and couldn't get help for 30 minutes. Staff is verbally abusive and management has done nothing to help. Please beware.
