Great experience! Burt Yost came out and fixed our dishwasher. Burt was on time, courteous, and affordable. I am very happy to recommend him to friends and family.

Bad repair experience with Yost.
Mr. Yost does not stand behind his work. After spending almost as much money on the repair as a new dryer, the repaired part broke fourteen days after the thirty day warranty was up. Yost was not willing to even consider revisiting our home without a substantial charge. I understand what a warranty is, but a good and reputable repairman should offer to make it right.
We had a different repairman come out to do the job right who informed us that Yost used an improper replacement part (which is what broke), wrote the wrong part # on his invoice, and overcharged for the parts he used. After reading this, make an informed choice for your repairs.

good work, outrageous price. Did a fine job repairing my refrigerator, but the price was outrageous. Charged $98 for a thermostat that I looked up on the Internet later and found selling for $11 retail, and that's on top of a $115 labor charge for less than a half-hour of work. If you want to pay top dollar, Yost is your guy!
